With more +25 years in the media, sports and entertainment industry, Hernán Donnari is CEO of 1190 Sports and Co-Founder of 1190 Sports and Fz Sports. 1190 Sports is a global company focused on management and commercialization of sports rights -broadcasting image and distribution- whose value proposition allows leagues, federations, clubs and brands to strengthen their connection with consumers.
Previously, he served as Executive VP of FOX Sports for Latin America, where he led, the process of acquiring and managing the local rights of the Argentina Football League (aka SAF) and the launch of FOX Sports Premium, among many other initiatives. His career also includes senior positions held in companies such as FOX International Channels, Artear and Grupo Clarín.
Donnari holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Universidad Nacional del Sur and holds an MBA from Torcuato Di Tella University.
Co-Founder
David Belmar has extensive experience in terms of sports business and communication media. He has held the position of CEO in the Chilean media group Canal 13 (reaching #1 in market sharing during his management in 2010 throughout 2014). He is a former COO of Television Nacional de Chile (TVN). He has a PADE IESE from Navarra University Business School and a degree in Public Administration from Universidad de Chile.
Presidente Ejecutivo 1190 Sports Perú
JuanCa is a business executive with more than 25 years of experience in the Entertainment Industry. He was the Senior Vice President of Distribution Sales for WarnerMedia Latin America, where he led the negotiation of the Argentine soccer league broadcasting rights and managed the relationship with the largest clients in LATAM. He was also General Manager in Brazil, where he managed the activities of the local organization. He has degrees in Social Communication from the Universidad del Salvador, a Business Degree from the Di Tella University, a Strategic Negotiation Program at the Northwestern School of Business, and an Executive Leadership Program at Columbia University. Also a published writer, he loves his wife and his 9-year-old son, and he is passionate about literature, movies, history, and soccer.
VP of Legal Affairs
With more than 20 years of experience as legal advisor in the entertainment industry, Victor served as Senior Vice President o Legal & Business Affairs of WarnerMedia leading the acquisition of several sports rights for Latin America. Prior to this he lead all legal matters for Turner Latin America, internet media companies, international law firms and legal clerk to local courts in Argentina. He earned various degrees in legal and business fields in Yale University, Harvard University, Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and Universidad de Belgrano.
VP of Finance
With more than 15 years in the financial industry, Pablo Valle has worked in both accounting and financial roles. He has had experience leading teams and optimizing operations in diverse industries such as telecommunications, technology and sports streaming, the latter being his current role at Fz Sports. Pablo has solid knowledge in accounting, finance and taxes, both in Chile and in international companies. He has an MBA in Finance and Business Administration.
VP Strategy
Rodrigo Duval has a +8 years career in Sports business and media, focusing on audio visual rights, strategic programing and marketing acquisition. He has international experience working in the content acquisition department at FOX Sports Latin America, including contract negotiations and relations with more than 45 holders worldwide. He has a degree in Civil Industrial Engineering from Universidad Catolica of Chile.
VP of Content Partnerships
With over 20 years of commercial experience in the sports & entertainment industry, Patrick has held executive positions at companies such as Atresmedia, Vodafone, MP & Silva, Walt Disney and the National Basketball Association. Raised in the US, he has spent extensive time living and working in Europe and South America, gaining a unique proficiency in forging business relationships internationally which he applies today at 1190 Sports.
VP Advertising & Sponsorship Sales Latam
Business Engineer, Master of Business Administration (MBA) Universidad De Chile. Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management Universidad de Chile. He has extensive experience in business development, sales, corporate, tactical, digital marketing, commercialization of television and advertising rights, strategic communications, and media management for different areas such as Retail, Energy, Electronics, Gastronomy, Food, Sports, Entertainment, and others. In his career of almost 20 years, he has worked in industry leading companies, such as Enel S.A, Sharp Electronics, Samsung Electronics, D&S S.A, and the Santiago 2023 Pan American Games Corporation as Commercial, Marketing & Communications Director, where he won the BBA award of Effie in the year 2021. He is married with two children, a former High-Performance Athlete, Former Number 1 Chile Beach Volleyball player, and Former National Team Indoor Volleyball player.

Paula Piña has more than 20 years leading the Marketing and Communications departments of several different international companies that work with technology and luxury brands. Her career has focused on supporting government institutions and organizations to design innovative strategies in order to promote products and services inside international markets, develop actions for branding placement and relations, as well as strategic alliances, with a main focus on collaborative models.
Country Manager Brasil
With more than 20 years of experience in the sports and telecommunications industry, Leonardo worked as a Director of Ceremonies at The Olympic Games in Rio 2016, leading the production of the opening and closing ceremonies for the Olympics, as well as being responsible for the Olympic Torch Tour in Brazil. He previously worked as a Director of Memberships for FOX Channel Brazil. He has an MBA from Universidad Federal do Rio de Janeiro and currently works as a Business Manager.

Luis Santos is a media executive with a wide range of international exposure and progressive leading growth inside worldwide commercial environments, who has more than 25 years of professional experience in Engineering and Operations, work flow production for in-site sports events and international entertainment, as well as deep knowledge in content market and with a focused mentality for results and adaptability to change.

Julio Gianella has more than 10 years of experience in the sports industry. He has been the Head of Commercial and Marketing of the Peruvian Football Federation leading the strategy for sponsors and media rights. He is also the former Commercial and Marketing Manager of one of the main brands that sponsor the Peruvian National Team and that had football as the most important communication platform. Julio has an Industrial Engineering degree and an MBA with a Sports Management Specialization from Universidad Europea of Madrid.
Business Operation Manager Perú
He has dedicated his whole life to sports. He is a former professional football player with an extensive experience in one of the top marketing sporting agencies in Perú, leading the commercial department and representing well-known football players and sports talents looking out for the proper organization of numerous sporting events in the country.
He complemented his passionate vocation for sports with his recent experience with an MBA in Sports Management from the European University of Madrid.
Sales Distribution Perú
Ana is a commercial executive with more than 25 years of local and international experience in the entertainment and television industries. She worked for Turner Broadcasting System’s representative office in Peru, then for Fox Networks Group Latin America, and finally for Televisa’s Agency developing new businesses and commercial and marketing strategies. Furthermore, she also collaborates with small programmers such as Alacocina Tv, Titan Channel, and Clover Channel.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Universidad Ricardo Palma, has a Diploma in Digital Business from Universidad del Pacífico, and currently attends the Escuela de Valores de la Asociación Alegría y Paz, where she is also a volunteer.

José Nóbrega is an entrepreneur and professional with more than 18 years of experience in marketing board chairs and sports sponsorship, as well as representing and managing sports talents, sales and communication media. He has led commercial teams in different countries and industries, such as: sports, aquaculture, real state and technology.

Advertising Professional with more than 30 years of experience in Marketing and Communications, first in advertising agencies and then in multinational Retail companies (Nike and TJC / Levis, Dockers, CK and Van Heusen) and in Pay TV and Broadcast Channels (FOX, TV+ and WappTV), leading the planning, development, negotiation and implementation of advertising, digital and public relations strategies and campaigns.
Brand Manager
Professional with more than ten years of experience in top-level companies, always within the Marketing and Product areas. Passionate about sports, he has developed a large part of his career working for different sports brands. He has managed to see marketing in a 360° way, working on the creation and launch of new products, the design of the brand positioning plan, planning and execution of Digital Marketing strategies (Organic and Paid Media), and the relationship of the same with sports institutions -clubs and athletes- through sponsorship.
Business Operation Manager Chile
Natalia studied Business & Administration and has a FIFA/CIES Sports Management degree. She has more than 8 years of experience in telecommunication and consultant companies, working mainly in customer experience area, planification and management. She has a wide experience designing KPI frames to measure, as well as the development of high-efficiency plans for high-impact strategic projects.
Art Director
Jonathan owns more than 10 years of experience in visual, photographic and content strategy for sports organizations. He was responsible for the art direction and brand designs for the World Boxing Council. He has also collaborated with NFL Mexico, Formula 1, Central American and Caribbean Games, International Swimming Federation and various media, photographic and design agencies focused on content creation.
Art & Design
Alejandro is a Graphic Designer with a background in the advertising industry, with an emphasis on digital agencies. His work has been focused on virtual ecosystems, transferring there the value of the companies, in addition he has great vision of strategic future in sports, contributing new functional aesthetics. He has worked on developing communication for brands, branding and visual products for multimedia campaigns and editorial photography.
Javier Gasman is a lawyer with more than 10 years of experience in the sports industry, entertainment industry and sales of commercial and broadcasting rights. He has worked at the ANFP and was an attorney for Universidad Catolica de Chile Football Club for more than 7 years. He has been with 1190 Sports as Head of Legal since 2017, working in the sales of commercial rights for the Chilean National Football Team, as well as developing a protection program against ambush marketing in order to keep the safety of La Roja’s rights as a brand.
Mariano Elizondo is a National Public Accountant, graduated from the Faculty of Economic Science at Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina. He has a Master’s degree in Administration of Financial Assets (ESEADE). He has been leading projects in the entertainment industry for 20 years. During the year 2017, he was elected President of the Argentine Football Super-League, leaving his post at the beginning of 2020. In the year 2019 he received an award for his exemplary trajectory, awarded by the Faculty of Economic Science at Universidad de Buenos Aires. He is currently the Head of Certification in Management of Football Entities at Universidad Austral of Chile.
Guadalupe Lucero has more than 20 years of experience in communications. She initiated businesses, strengthen corporative reputation, implemented cultural transformations and changes in processes while working as a consultant in several companies. She led the Communications and P.R. Department at FOX Latin America for more than 14 years, being responsible for the reputation and communication management of over +35 brands that were part of FOX’s portfolio. She is also a contact point for international media, research and production, generating a distribution boost for fictional shows of worldwide success, original productions, documentaries and sports all over Latin America.
Eduardo Pérez is the founder of Latin American Trade Co., which is based in the Chinese Province of Hainan. He has more than 15 years of experience developing relation models with the Chinese media. He is a teacher of Mandarin at Universidad Tecnologica Nacional, and has a post-graduate degree on Contemporary China Studies. He worked as a consultant at the System of Federal Media, carrying out a variety of projects along with very important companies working on technology and media in China. He previously worked at Cablevision for the Clarin Group.
